It makes my heart so happy that you’re taking the steps towards restored health and wellness!

I'm Tais, and I'm delighted to share a little bit about myself with you. I reside in the beautiful city of Fairfax, VA, where I lead a fulfilling life surrounded by my loving family and furry friends.As a mother, I take great pride in nurturing and supporting my two incredible children. My eldest is a 19-year-old college student, embarking on an exciting journey of higher education. Meanwhile, my youngest is a vibrant 12-year-old, navigating the adventures of middle school.

Together, we create cherished memories and embrace the joys of family life.For over two decades, I have been happily married to my sweetheart, sharing a deep bond built on love, trust, and mutual support. Our journey has been filled with countless blessings, and we continue to grow together as we navigate life's ups and downs.In addition to our human family members, we are also proud pet parents to a delightful 9-year-old golden doodle and a playful 9-month-old Berna doodle. These furry companions bring immense joy and laughter to our lives, reminding us of the importance of unconditional love and companionship.

Professionally, I am a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, passionate about helping individuals achieve holistic well-being. I hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology, which has provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior and the power of the mind. Currently, I am also pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling, further expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve those seeking guidance and support.

I am deeply passionate about the intersection between physical and mental health and firmly believe in one’s ability to achieve optimal wellness through investment in the two. I have singlehandedly experienced the tremendous impact these foundational pillars have on our overall wellness, and I cannot wait for you to experience the same!

In my coaching practice, I embrace a philosophy that is rooted in the marriage of behavioral change and awareness around mindset. I believe that our mindset is another manifestation of the mind-body connection. It is essential that we work on both mindset and tangible, implementable steps in nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other areas of wellness. By addressing preexisting beliefs about health, toxic relationships with food, negative thoughts that impact our physiology, and how we perceive and interact with food, we can create a solid foundation for sustainable success.
